The Altima has gained a reputation as a sport sedan rather over the past decade, with large wheels and tires, sport tuned suspension and engine sound (especially the 3.5-liter V6) makes it a more lively alternative to mainstream mush like the Toyota Camry. That said, the Hybrid version appears somewhat out of place compared with its sporty sibling, Altima sedan and coupe. Perhaps because of the influence of Toyota, or maybe it’s just the fact that as a hybrid, it’s got different missions in life.
