Audi R8 will get the engine upgrade that will transform the 5.2-liter V10 that produces 533bhp (525hp) from 518bhp (510hp). In addition, entry-level Audi R8 will be revised spec 4.2-liter V8 that will be upgraded to the same spec as the Audi RS5. These changes increase the output of 444bhp (436hp), up from 424bhp (416hp).
